I. J. Patel (Self Financed) P.T.C. College, Mogri.
Charotar Education Society was established in the year 1916 on 16th of April. The objective was to give quality education to the students of rural areas and downtrodden section of the society. The constitution of Charotar Education Society was framed by Veer Vithalbhai Patel, elder brother of Sardar Patel who too was famous barrister.
At present Charotar Education Society has 10 Schools from Kindergarten to higer secondary and one English medium school. There is one Arts college with post graduate degree courses. There is one Science college with all major subjects with post graduate degree courses. There is one commerce college in Anand Capmus. There is one B.Ed. College in Mogari. There are three main campus in which the education complexes are situated. One is in the heart of Anand another in khetiwadi area where Agriculture University is situated and third area is Mogari Village where Shri I. J. Patel P.T.C. College is situated. Mogari Campus 12 acres land has one kindergarten one primary school and one secondary school. There is Motibhai Amin Adhyapan mandir (P.T.C. Grant in aid) College which started in 1945 in the name of the founder of CES Shri Motibhai Amin; who is pioneer of library movement in Gujarat. In 2000 Shri I. J. Patel B.Ed College started and in 2004 Shri I. J. Patel P.T.C. College got permission on 7/7/2004. WRC/2:32/61/2004/7378. Additional intake of 50 seats was given in 2005 WRC/2:32/322172/73/2005/4579 on 14/6/2005. Motibhai Amin P.T.C. Self Financed college started in 2004. Shri V. J. Patel Self Financed B.P.Ed college is the latest feather in the cap of the trust. The course will commence from July 2007 in Mogari Campus.
Shri I. J. Patel P.T.C. College has F.Y.(2), S.Y. (2) Classes and 200 total students. There are seven staff members selected according to NCTE norms. All the staff members are fully qualified and are capable of handling their groups independently.
